Treatment of hypertrophic scar/keloid on neck using Ultimate Light pulsed light treatment and topical steroid and/or Protopic ointment. Lesion is less red, almost completely flat, and itching has cleared. A- is the initial photo. B is after the second treatment and C- is after the fourth treatment. Treatments were about 3 weeks apart
