Pimples Although pimples
routinely respond to my pulsed light PhotoDerm treatments, there are
other methods of treating pimples. Metronidazole, Clindamycin, and
Azelaic acid are usually the most effective of the topical
treatments for rosacea. Oral antibiotics, such as Tetracycline,
Minocycline, and Erythromycin can also be effective. After treatment
with my Ultimate Light™ pulsed light method, some of my patients
found that they can gradually taper down or off their previous
topical and/or oral rosacea medication.
If you're suffering from pimples, and are considering topical,
antibiotic, or laser treatment, I highly recommend consulting a
physician (preferably a Board Certified Dermatologist) immediately.
Treatment is readily accessible and there is no need to suffer. If
you'd like to make an appointment to see me, please call my office
at 212-755-2237.
